$70,000–$75,000 per annum + super

Our client is seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our small team in Laverton North.

This is a hands-on role supporting our parts and assembly operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to get involved wherever needed. As part of a small team, you'll need to be adaptable, proactive and willing to take on different tasks to help keep the business running efficiently.

About the role n

your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

n

n
- Identifying and supplying parts for agricultural machinery and equipment
n
- Supporting the assembly area with parts requirements and day-to-day needs
n
- Picking, checking and preparing parts for assembly
n
- Receiving, storing and organising incoming stock
n
- Operating a forklift to load, unload and move stock and equipment
n
- Assisting with stock control, inventory checks and parts organisation
n
- Interpreting parts diagrams and catalogues to identify components
n
- Processing parts orders and maintaining accurate records
n




- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to source parts
n
- Supporting technicians and assemblers with parts requirements
n
- Assisting with general warehouse, parts and assembly duties as required
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
n

About you n

We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and adaptable, with a willingness to get involved across the business.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in spare parts, machinery, automotive, agricultural equipment or a similar industry
n
- Good mechanical aptitude and an ability to identify machinery components
n
- Experience in a warehouse, workshop, assembly or parts environment
n
- A current Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn parts and inventory systems
n
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
n
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist with different tasks when required
n
