We’re looking for a casual Chef to join our kitchen team at our busy coastal brewery. If you love fresh, uncomplicated food, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and want to be part of a fun team in a laid‑back coastal setting, we’d love to hear from you.
The role n

- Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard
n
- Assisting with daily prep and kitchen operations
n
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
n
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
n
About you nn
- Has commercial kitchen experience
n
- Works well under pressure and enjoys a busy service
n
- Takes pride in quality,
presentation and consistency
n
- Is reliable, organised and a team player
n
- Has a positive attitude and valuable communication skills
n
- Is available to work a flexible range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
n
