Job Description

Esca Group in Sydney is expanding its opening team, seeking experienced Assistant Bar Manager or Head Bartender to lead service and beverage standards.

You'll manage daily bar operations, train and mentor the team, ensure stock integrity, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a quick-paced setting. The role requires Australian working rights and availability evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with staff dining discounts and other benefits offered.
