Our client is a well-established national provider of clinical waste, sharps disposal, and hygiene services. They are currently seeking a reliable and motivated MR Driver - Service Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable with a physically active role.

The Opportunity:

n

As a MR Driver - Service Technician, you'll be responsible for visiting customer sites throughout Melbourne and surrounding regional areas to deliver, collect, and service clinical waste and hygiene products. Every day is different, with a variety of customer locations including healthcare facilities, schools, and commercial businesses.

n

You'll be trusted to manage your daily run while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

n

In this role, you will:

n

n
- Drive a MR Truck
n
- Service clinical waste, sharps, and hygiene products at customer locations.
n
- Deliver and collect 240L and 660L clinical waste bins, sharps containers, and sanitary units.
n
- Safely load, unload, push, pull, and manoeuvre waste bins
n
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain a clean, roadworthy vehicle.
n




- Accurately complete service records and other required documentation.
n
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly service.
n
- Participate in a rotating Saturday roster and one overnight regional trip each month .
n
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organised, and enjoys working autonomously.

n

To be successful, you'll have:

n

n
- MR Driver Licence
n
- 12 months of commercial driving experience
n
- A strong commitment to safe work practices.
n
- Good communication and customer service skills.The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
n
- Need to be physically fit
n
- Confident using mobile devices and completing electronic paperwork.
n
- A Working with Children Check (preferred).
n
