CoreStaff is seeking 10 Flower Farm Labourers for a 9-month casual assignment in the Newcastle Region, starting December 2026. The role covers planting, growing, harvesting and packing flowers across outdoor and covered areas, with seasonal and operational variations.

Applicants should have solid work ethic and fitness for repetitive outdoor tasks, willingness to work weekends when needed, and the ability to follow safety and quality instructions.
