About The Role n
Ideal for an ambitious advisory professional ready to step up and deliver real impact across a range of clients. You'll work alongside senior leadership on major change programmes and operating model improvements. It's a hands on role focused on problem solving, stakeholder engagement and delivering key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities n

- Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes
n
- Work closely with client stakeholders to solve operational problems and improve ways of working
n
- Help run workshops, strategy sessions and key project meetings
n
- Produce analysis, presentations and high quality deliverables
n
- Manage project logistics including risks, dependencies and actions
n
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent, reliable delivery
n
- Support internal initiatives and new business proposals
n
- Work in step with directors and managers to keep delivery unified
n
About You nn
- 4+ years' experience in consulting, transformation or change management
n
- Consultancy background highly desired
n
- Experience operating across change management, operating model design or transformation
n
- Solid communicator with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels
n
- Structured problem solver with sharp attention to detail
n
- Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast moving environments
n
- Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes
n
- Degree in commerce, HR, business or a related field
