Social Media Content Creator & Strategist n

9-day fortnight: 2 extra days off every month

Papaya is looking for an exceptional social media content creator and digital all-rounder to work across core accounts. Your main focus will be a women's health startup and building Papaya's own digital channels. You'll also work closely with our founder to grow her accounts and guide the team on top-performing LinkedIn content.

From ideation to execution, you'll be engaging on camera and a whizz at planning content that gets disproportionate eyeballs. It's a highly experimental role, with the freedom to try recent formats and content types.

In this role, you'll n

n
- Own key social accounts and broader marketing activity end-to-end
n
- Map out content strategy to lift account performance and visibility
n
- Write hooks that stop the scroll and resonate with consumers
n
- Film and edit high-quality Reels and TikToks
n
- Work with our founder to grow her channels and support business growth
n
- Manage content calendars, scheduling and community management
n




- Write copy and content for EDMs, websites and other digital channels
n
- Create graphics in Canva
n

About you nn
- You must. love. creating. content!
n
- You have 3+ years in a similar role
n
- You have a track record of owning and growing TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts
n
- You have confidence and gravitas in front of the camera, including experience being the face of a brand's channels
n
- You know how to foster and build a community, encouraging conversation and engagement across digital platforms
n
- You're a creative, quirky copywriter with an exceptional eye for detail
n
- You're a high performer who cares about the quality of your work
n
- You're highly organised and can juggle multiple accounts efficiently
n
- Highly desirable: experience building founders' or executives' voices on social, e-commerce experience, and an interest in women's health and purpose-led brands
