With the newly developed branch of Ballarat Roadworthy Centre - Ballarat Automotive Service Centre, we are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a highly experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.

Key Responsibilities nn
- Ensure each vehicle leaves at the highest standard as set by Ballarat Roadworthy Centre / Ballarat Automotive Service Centre.
n
- Service, Repair and inspect a large variety of vehicles including cars, trucks and buses.
n




- Adhere to and enforce Ballarat Roadworthy Centre's Quality Assurance Processes.
n
- Maintain vehicle security and presentation standards.
n
- Ensure a safe, clean, and attractive working environment by following housekeeping, safety, and security procedures.
n
- Uphold Ballarat Roadworthy Centre's standards and achieve set KPIs.
n

Key Skills Required nn
- High level of mechanical knowledge with either light vehicles or heavy vehicles.
n
- Roadworthy experience.
n
- Ability to mentor and develop apprentice technicians.
n

Performance Standards nn
- Achievement of monthly technician KPI's.
n
- Adherence to all internal procedures as directed by management.
n
- Commitment to work health and safety by following workplace procedures, maintaining tools and equipment, reporting unsafe conditions, and using personal protective equipment as required.
