Food Safety Supervisor and Barista Trainers n

Just Careers Training, trading as Licences 4 Work is a nationally recognised RTO delivering high‑quality, ticket‑based and vocational training across construction, civil, logistics, and related industries.

Position Overview n

Just Careers Training is seeking an experienced Food Safety Supervisor and Barista Trainer to support our expanding training facilities in the Sydney region. This contractor-based role requires weekday availability and includes online assessment marking and verification calls.

We are currently recruiting an experienced trainer in: n

Food Safety Supervisor - SITXFSA005/SITXFSA006 unit

n

Barista - SITHFAB025/SITXFSA005 unit

n

Whether you're an established trainer or an experienced industry individual ready to step into training, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities n

Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.

n

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records and documentation.

n

Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.

n

Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.

Requirements n

Available to work Monday to Friday.

n

Food Safety Supervisor and/or Barista units mentioned above

n





TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

n

Hold the NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

n

Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide currency.

n

Experience in delivering courses in training environment

n

Willingness to travel as required.

n

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
