About the role n

An exciting opportunity is available for a Nurse Manager – Workforce Planning & Management to join Workforce Development and Education. In this influential role, you will provide advanced leadership and coordination of workforce resources while supporting contemporary recruitment, workforce planning and business practices.

About you n

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Provide leadership within a legal, professional, and ethical framework that ensures contemporary consumer/person centred care and staff management practices.

- Collaborate in the application and evaluation of contemporary human, material, and financial resource management for the interprofessional workplace.

- Accountable for promoting effective and cost-efficient management of hospital resources and services in collaboration with the Nursing and Midwifery Director, Education.
