Job Description

BlueCare’s Sunrise Beach aged care home on the Sunshine Coast is hiring a Night Duty Personal Carer (Care Companion) for a 10pm–6am shift in a 102-bed setting. The role operates within a small household care model that places residents first, focusing on warmth, independence, and wellbeing.

You will assist with daily living, follow each resident's Care Plan, support social activities and advocate for residents while promoting engagement and choice.
