Our client is a well-established and highly regarded commercial construction company delivering a diverse range of projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth and a robust project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team.n
nWorking closely with the Project Managers and wider construction team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from commencement through to completion.n
The Role: n
n

n
- Supporting Project Managers across multiple commercial construction projects
n
- Coordinating project documentation, including contracts, variations, drawings and specifications
n
- Coordinating communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
n
- Managing RFIs, purchase orders and project correspondence
n
- Assisting with procurement and subcontractor coordination
n
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
n
- Preparing reports, meeting minutes and project updates
n
- Monitoring project budgets, variations and key project milestones
n
- Providing general administrative and coordination support to the project delivery team
n

About You:



n
n

n
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role within the construction industry
n
- Exposure to commercial construction projects
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
n
- Confidence working in a fast-paced project environment
n
- Experience using construction or project management software will be highly regarded
n
