Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience and skill set)
Location: Alice Springs, NT

Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets. Working closely with the F&B; Manager, you will help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all F&B; areas.

Supervise daily restaurant/ bar operations

Provide hands-on leadership during shifts

n
- n

Support staff training, coaching, and development

n
- n

Maintain high service standards across all F&B; outlets

n
- n

Assist with rostering, labour control, and workforce planning

n
- n

Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, hygiene, and workplace practices

n
- n

Liaise with the kitchen, F&B; management, and other departments to deliver seamless service

n
- n

Address guest enquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism

n

Qualifications & Experience n

- AQF Certificate II or III, OR
n
- n

At least 1 year of relevant experience, OR

n
- n

Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications.

- n

Experience supervising teams in a customer service-driven workplace

n
- n

Strong computer literacy, including POS and Microsoft Office

n
- n

Knowledge of Fair Work standards and safe work practices

n
- n

Ability to build strong guest and team relationships

n
