Job Description

Jabiru Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our agile team for a new five-storey Luxury Apartment project in the Perth Western Suburbs. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.

Key responsibilities n

- Plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from commencement to practical completion
n
- Manage project budgets, timelines and resources
n
- Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required
n
- Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance
n
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and records
n
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders and project teams
n
- Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies
n
- Maintain quality standards throughout construction
n
- Manage contract administration and resolve contractual issues where required
n

What we're looking for nn
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
n
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
n
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials and standards
n
- Excellent planning, scheduling and budgeting skills
n




- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
n
- Sound understanding of construction health, safety and environmental requirements
n
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
n
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to regularly visit construction sites
