About the Role n

TerryWhite Chemmart Palmerston is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our retail team and oversee the day-to-day retail operations of our busy community pharmacy.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role with the chance to make a genuine difference. Working closely with the Pharmacist Manager and Pharmacy Owner, you'll help ensure the pharmacy provides excellent customer service and operates efficiently day to day.

n

Previous pharmacy experience is not essential. Training and guidance will be provided to help you become familiar with our pharmacy systems, processes and the TerryWhite Chemmart network.

What You'll Do n

Lead, support and develop our retail team

n

Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation

n

Oversee stock management, merchandising and promotions

n

Monitor retail performance and help identify opportunities for improvement

About You n

We're looking for someone who:

n

Has previous retail management or senior retail leadership experience

n

Is confident leading and supporting a team

n

Is organised, practical and comfortable working in a busy environment

n

Has an understanding of stock control, merchandising and retail operations

n

Experience in community pharmacy, health and beauty, supermarkets,



department stores or specialty retail would be highly regarded, but pharmacy experience is not required.

- This is a full-time, hands-on Retail Manager position in a busy community pharmacy. Are you comfortable working on the shop floor and actively supporting the team during busy periods, rather than working solely in an office-based management capacity?
