This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing manufacturing business located in Braeside, in Melbourne’s south-east suburbs.
n We are a market leader in supplying advanced heating and cooling, hot water and lifestyle products to the Australian domestic and commercial markets.
n We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong CNC experience who takes pride in producing quality work and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Your responsibilities will include :

n

n
- Setting up and operating CNC machinery in accordance with SOPs
n
- Inspecting and checking parts to ensure they meet required specifications
n
- Ensuring completed parts are correctly identified and delivered
n
- Performing preventative maintenance procedures on complex machinery
n
- Operating forklifts and other manual handling equipment
n
- Monitoring and maintaining consumable stock and placing orders as required
n

You have:

n

n




- Extensive experience operating manufacturing machinery with CNC controls, particularly punching machines
n
- Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
n
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
n
- Valuable attention to detail and a commitment to quality
n
- Good command of English
n
- Certificate III in Manufacturing or a related qualification preferred but not essential
n
- Sound mechanical knowledge
n
- Forklift licence or willingness to learn
n
