We are currently seeking 2 passionate and dedicatedFull-Time Certificate III Educators to join our team at Mini Masterminds Riverstone Campbell St (72-place centre).

About the Role n

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You’ll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities n

- Support the implementation of engaging educational programs
n
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning workplace
n
- Build meaningful relationships with children,



families, and colleagues
n
- Observe and document children's learning and development
n
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
n
- Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
- Current Child Protection training/certificate
n
- Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
