Job Description

Repco West Gosford is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach the team, and ensure outstanding customer service. This full-time, on-site role supports growth opportunities within Australia’s leading automotive aftermarket parts brand.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, drive safety, and contribute to store standards while handling opening and closing responsibilities. A flexible, hands-on leader with industry interest is welcome.
