- Supportcontractadministrationandcommercialdocumentation

- Communicateprojectrisks,opportunities,andtenderconditionstomanagement

- TertiaryqualificationinQuantitySurveying,Engineering,ProjectManagement,ContractsManagement,orarelatedfieldispreferred

- Strongunderstandingofconstructionmethodologies,procurementprocesses,andindustrystandards

- Experienceusingestimatingsoftwareishighlydesirable
