Hecho En Mexico Canberra Centre is looking for two experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team as Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor .

About the Role n

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals who can take responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant, lead the Front of House team, and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- n

Manage daily restaurant floor operations and service.

n
- n

Prepare and manage staff rosters.

n
- n

Supervise and coordinate Front of House (FOH) staff.

n
- n

Welcome and manage guests, including hosting and table allocation.

n
- n

Maintain high standards of customer service.

n
- n

Manage ordering and monitor stock levels.

n
- n

Train, support,



and motivate FOH team members.

n
- n

Ensure smooth communication between FOH staff and management.

n
- n

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

n
- n

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional restaurant environment.

n

Skills & Experience nn
- n

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience.

n
- n

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor is highly desirable.

n
- n

Solid leadership and communication skills.

n
- n

Excellent customer service and organisational abilities.

n
- n

Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

n
- n

A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.

n
- n

Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
