MACKAY-BASED MC LINEHAUL DRIVER – IMMEDIATE START n

Marmax Transport Pty Ltd is a growing transport company based in Redbank, Queensland. We are currently seeking an experienced MC Linehaul Driver based in Mackay to join our team for an immediate start.

n

The position involves one daily run from Mackay to Townsville back to Mackay, Monday to Friday.

n

We offer late-model, well-maintained Kenworth prime movers with Road Ranger gearboxes.

n

The successful applicant will have:

n

Minimum 2 years’ experience in B-Double express freight and overnight linehaul

n

Road Ranger gearbox experience – essential

n

Current MC Heavy Vehicle Licence

n

Experience with general freight, including tautliners and flat tops

n

A strong commitment to safety and fatigue management

n

A reliable and professional attitude

n





Flexibility with different runs, pickups, deliveries, loading and unloading

n

Current resume and contactable references

n

National Police Clearance through CV Check

n

DG licence is not required.

n

Job Requirements

n

Must be Mackay-based

n

Complete required online inductions

n

Successfully complete a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and driving assessment

n

Meet scheduled pickup and delivery timeframes

n

Load and unload freight as required

n
