Job Description

Randstad is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Officer to join a compact, on-site helpdesk team at the automotive brand's Macquarie Park headquarters. You will respond to tickets, troubleshoot Windows desktops, and perform hands-on hardware setup to keep daily IT operations running smoothly.
