The Buttery in Port Macquarie is seeking an AOD Case Manager to support young people aged 12 to 24, using a psychosocial capacity building framework to provide practical information, psychoeducation and living skills. You will deliver group programs, coordinate holistic case management, and work with a small team in mobile community settings.
