THE POSITION

n

- Handle investigations, complaints, and ensure policy adherence.
n
- Coach and mentor managers on performance management and HR processes.
n
- Act as the first point of contact for Union inquiries.
n
- Oversee performance reviews, training administration, and audit compliance.
n
- Support recruitment for talent attraction strategies and maintain staff pipelines.
n
- Provide HR support, resolve employee queries, and lead safety initiatives.
n




- Manage workers' comp claims and HR-related systems (PageUp, Deputy, CHESS).
n

n

THE PERSON

n

n
- Minimum of 5 years' generalist HR experience, ideally in blue-collar or healthcare environments.
n
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
n
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring managers.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field are highly desirable.
n
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and provide proof of immunity for vaccine preventable diseases.
n

Experience within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
