Community Wine House in Melbourne seeks a capable Venue Manager to lead a small, inclusive team and run a busy floor with warmth and hospitality.

You will manage service, HR, stock and venue logistics, ensure licensing and compliance, and collaborate with the Marketing Lead on internal initiatives. We're looking for a valuable human who can create an affirming space for staff and guests while upholding our VIBE.
