Job Description

Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor – Lobby Lounge to lead daily service in the iconic Lobby Lounge, delivering luxury guest experiences. You will manage the Lounge team, oversee guest interactions, maintain HACCP and standard operating procedures, and ensure the highest levels of compliance and quality across service, presentation and safety.
