Paxus is seeking an experienced Psychosocial Risk & Assurance Specialist to join a large public sector organisation in Brisbane. This initial contract role focuses on strengthening psychosocial risk management, governance and organisational capability.
You will lead the development of psychosocial health and safety frameworks, provide specialist advice, and support leaders to identify, assess and manage psychosocial hazards across the organisation.
