About the role: n

You'll be an all-rounder - delivering outstanding service across our diverse range of outlets, keeping dining areas looking their best, and engaging with our guests at every opportunity.

- Eat St. Bar - Relaxed bar & dining with a modern twist

- Current Town Thai Street Food - Authentic Thai flavours served fast

- Steak & Oyster Co. - Premium grill and seafood dining

- Corner Café - A bustling café known for its beautiful coffee and fresh pastries
n
- Southern Terrace Cafe - snack central located on our gaming floor
n
- Shared Services Team - focused on cleanliness, main dining areas presentation, and customer care
n
- Functions and Events - From corporate functions to large-scale celebrations, be part of delivering unforgettable experiences

The day-to-day: n

Providing friendly, confident, and efficient service

n

Taking food and beverage orders with accuracy and a smile

n

Serving everything from coffees to cocktails—depending on your placement

n

Upselling and recommending items to enhance the guest experience

n

Keeping all areas clean, well-presented, and guest-ready

n





Checking in with customers to ensure they’re happy and well looked after

n

Supporting your team and maintaining great communication during busy periods

Our Perfect Fit: n

- Previous experience in hospitality is essential (café, restaurant, bar, or events).
n
- A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
n
- Charismatic and outgoing - you’re not afraid to start a conversation
n
- A team player with a strong work ethic and eye for detail
n
- Passionate about great service and creating memorable moments
n
- Well-presented and professional at all times
n
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, or cocktails is a big advantage (essential for some venues)
n
- Dedicated to doing the job well - no shortcuts, no excuses
n
- Comfortable working across different venues and service styles

n
- Full Australian work rights
n
- Willingness to undertake a pre-work medical (for those working in Events).
