Key Responsibilities: n
Assist in the management and implementation of WHS programs across a wide range of industries and clients.
n
Plan and coordinate tasks autonomously and with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
n
Manage relationships with clients and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and meeting varying needs.
n
Collaborate with the team to ensure WHS compliance is up to date and effectively communicated.
n
Provide assistance with safety training programs and support.
Skills and Experience: n
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
n
Candidates currently undertaking, or recently completing, a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or University Degree in Work Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
n
Previous administration management experience in any industry is advantageous, but not essential.
n
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
n
Excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
n
Ability to manage and coordinate a variety of clients, with differing needs and requirements.
