We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our vibrant Canberra Civic team, someone who thrives on leadership, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and creates a motivating and high‑performing store culture. What You’ll Be Doing n

- In conjunction with the Store Manager, lead and inspire your team to achieve excellence in customer service, team culture, and store presentation.
n
- Drive sales and exceed KPI targets through strong leadership, team motivation, and authentic customer engagement.
n
- Deliver a memorable and genuine customer experience, with a loyal customer base that values quality and service.
n
- In conjunction with the Store Manager, manage all store operations including rostering, training, inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional execution.
n
- Cultivate a team workplace built on trust, development, and shared success.
n

What We’re Looking For nn
- A hands‑on, people‑first leader with a genuine passion for retail and team development.
n
- Previous store management experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
n
- A confident, values‑led communicator who leads by example and thrives in a customer‑focused environment.

- Great visual merchandising skills and an eye for presentation.
n
- Availability to work Sunday through Thursday, 25–30 hours per week.
