Job Description

You would carry projects from handover through to practical completion: programme, budget, subcontractors and the client conversation. We are a family run builder, so the calls you make are the calls that get made.

Our work is residential building, extensions and renovations, and remedial and strata repair across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Lower North Shore.

What you would do n

n
- Run multiple residential and remedial projects at once, start to handover
n
- Build and hold the programme, then chase it when a trade slips
n
- Manage the budget: forecast, cost report, and price variations honestly
n
- Engage and coordinate subcontractors, and hold them to scope
n
- Be the client's point of contact, including the difficult conversations
n
- Keep site records, ITPs and quality checks in order
n
- Work with the site supervisors on safety and sequencing
n
- Close out defects,



warranties and handover documentation

What you need nn
- Experience running residential, remedial or strata construction projects in Sydney
n
- You can read a programme and a cost report and know which one is lying
n
- Confident with subcontractors, consultants, owners and strata committees
n
- Comfortable on site, not only behind a laptop
n
- Current driver licence
n

Nice to have nn
- Trade or engineering background
n
- Remedial or strata experience
n
- White card
n
- Procore, Buildxact or similar
n
