Join the crew behind 2DayFM Breakfast with Nath & Emma - a team fuelled by laughs, a dash of chaos and a mission to keep listeners on their toes every morning. You’ll be part of an energetic, early‑rising group creating social‑first content that sets the tone for Sydney’s day.

A day in the life? n

As aSocial Media Content Producer , you’ll be the creative force behind the digital presence of2DayFM Breakfast with Nath & Emma. Your mission? Turn every excellent radio moment into shareable, scroll-stopping content that keeps fans engaged, growing and listening to the podcast.

In this role, you will: n

n
- Create and schedule dynamic social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms to amplify the show’s reach and continue the growth of the show’s podcast.
n
- Collaborate closely with hosts and producers to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments and trending topics.
n
- Analyse performance and engagement metrics to refine strategies and maximise audience growth.
n
- Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that keep the brand at the forefront of social media.
n

What You’ll Need nn
- 3+ years creating social content for platforms like YouTube and socials
n




- Strong production skills and knowledge of best‑practice techniques
n
- Ability to write, produce, edit and post audio‑visual content for digital channels
n
- Skilled in industry tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (or similar)
n
- Experience with Photoshop, Canva, HTML and CMS platforms
n
