Electrician/Supervising Electrician/Leading Hand – Relocate to NSW, Australia n

JSG Electrical is a growing family-owned electrical contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects throughout New South Wales.

We're looking for qualified Electricians, Leading Hands and Supervising Electricians to join our team. Whether you're an experienced supervisor, an established leading hand, or a motivated electrician ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role with genuine opportunities to progress into leadership positions while working on a diverse range of commercial and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Commercial and industrial electrical installations
n
- Reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications
n
- Installation of cable containment, power, lighting and communications systems
n
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities and workflow
n
- Supervising and mentoring electricians and apprentices (where applicable)
n
- Providing hands-on electrical work alongside the team
n
- Managing site documentation and quality records
n
- Monitoring project progress and assisting with project delivery
n
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and safety
n
- Ensuring WHS requirements and safe work practices are followed
n
- Communicating effectively with project managers, clients and other trades
n
- Identifying and resolving in office issues
n

About you nn
- Qualified electrician with a current electrical licence (or eligible to obtain one)
n




- Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical installations
n
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Commitment to safe work practices and quality outcomes
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Reliable, professional and motivated attitude
n
- Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential
n
- Ambition to grow into a leading hand or supervisory role welcomed
