Customer Service Officer - Surf Life Saving | $35/hr + Bonuses | Weekly Pay

You’ll receive $35 per hour plus bonuses, full paid training, weekday daytime hours and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence, communication and leadership skills.

No experience required. We’re looking for the right personalities and attitudes — we’ll teach you everything else.

The role

You’ll work alongside a supportive team at different locations across Brisbane and South East Queensland, representing Surf Life Saving and connecting with members of the community.

You’ll spend your time:

- Meeting current people
- Creating positive conversations
- Representing Surf Life Saving in the community
- Sharing the story behind the organisation
- Helping grow awareness and support
- Working towards individual and team goals
- Developing communication and leadership skills

This is a people-focused role, so you’ll enjoy it most if you’re comfortable having conversations, bringing good energy and working as part of a team.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching from experienced leaders.

People from hospitality, retail, sport, fitness, events and customer service backgrounds often do really well - but experience isn’t essential.

What you’ll need

- Monday to Friday availability
- Full Australian working rights
- Current National Police Check
- Driver's licence and own vehicle highly regarded
