Solargenic Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a founding Sales Manager to lead the build-out of a recent solar sales team. You will start by selling pre-qualified, booked leads, learning products and pricing, and proving the sales process.

As you progress, you will design the sales process, templates, CRM, KPIs, and ultimately recruit, onboard and coach consultants; you will own the department's results and team culture.
