Position: Home Care Support Worker Type: CAS/PPT/FT Location: Homebush (High Needs) About You: n

n
- Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support or similar.
n
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in home care (aged care or in-home support).
n
- Please note: Disability support experience alone does not meet the requirements for this role.
n
- Flexibility and availability to work anywhere in between Monday – Friday. Choose your hours.
n
- Valid Drivers Licence and willingness to travel up to 30 mins to services. Own Car mandatory.
n
- Current First Aid, CPR and Police Check.
n
- A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being.
n
- Solid communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.
n
- Confidence to work independently.
n
- A caring and compassionate nature with the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients.
n

Your Responsibilities: nn
- Domestic Assistance: Provide light housekeeping duties including cleaning, meal preparation, ironing and laundry.
n
- Personal Care: Provide personal care including assistance with dressing, grooming, showering, bathing, toileting, nutrition and eating.
n
- Transport and Mobility: Facilitate community access, recreational, shopping,



errands, attending appointments and leisure options by transporting by vehicle.
n
- Provide companionship and emotional support to our elderly clients.
n
- Engage in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
n
- Ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.
n
- Report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
n

- Competitive pay $36.23-$45.29 per hour + Super paid fortnightly.
