Job Description

Al Naturale in Melbourne, Australia is seeking an experienced Pastrycook to produce and decorate a wide range of cakes, pastries and baked goods to a high standard, including custom orders for special occasions.

In this permanent full‑time role you will prepare, bake, finish and decorate items using royal icing, fondant and buttercream, and you will craft layered and bespoke cakes and cookies to client specifications.
