Job Description

Flour in Sydney is seeking a full-time Front of House Manager to lead with confidence, care deeply about people, and shape the guest experience across our stores.

You will mentor the FOH team, oversee daily operations, manage rosters and SOPs, and set KPIs, while upholding Flour's warm, hospitality-focused culture.

This role collaborates with Head of Coffee and Kitchen Managers to ensure smooth service and a positive, team-oriented workplace.
