We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a well established firm with office locations in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This role will be joining their growing team in Sydney. You will play a key role in managing and leading complex commercial disputes, providing strategic advice to clients, and representing them in court and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Key Responsibilities: n

- Manage and lead a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, from pre-litigation to trial and beyond.

- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a range of commercial disputes, including contracts, breaches of warranty, shareholder disputes, and insolvency.
n
- Draft and review pleadings, legal documents, and correspondence.
n
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed case summaries and memoranda.
n
- Represent clients in court,
mediations, and arbitrations.
n
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
n
Key Skills and Requirements: nn
- Admitted to practice in Australia with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial litigation.

- Strong understanding of Australian commercial law and relevant case law.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal issues clearly and concisely.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
