The Role… nn
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
n
- Using RF scanners and other warehouse technology to process stock.
n
- Working towards daily KPIs and productivity targets.
n
- Carefully packing items ready for shipment, ensuring products are packed within client guidelines.
n
- Organising and sorting products to ensure workflows remain efficient.
n
- Conducting quality checks to guarantee positive condition of products and accuracy of orders.
n




- Utilising client specific computer systems to process returned items.
n
- Restocking shelves to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
n
- Lifting up to 20kg as required and assisting with manual handling tasks.
n
- Adhering to client specific safety processes and requirements.
n

To be successful for a Pick Packing position with National Workforce you must nn
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a relevant pick packing position.
n
- Be confident in the use of RF scanning technology.
n
- Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
n
- Have a strong work ethic and reliable attitude.
n
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
n
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
