6HEAD is an esteemed premium dining restaurant renowned for its culinary excellence, elegant ambiance and exceptional service located in The Rocks.

We are now hiring waiters/drinkswaiters to come on board, immerse themselves in an in-depth, quality training program.

n

What we need from you:

n

A minimum of 1 year's experience in a high volume restaurant

n

Commitment to developing and maintaining service standards to ensure a world class experience

n

Exposure to premium/extensive wine & beverage service

n

High standards of grooming & presentation

n

An underlying passion for all thing’s food and wine

n

Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster

n

Certificate III in Hospitality and/or at least 12 – 24 months relevant experience

n

To work with & develop the premium food & beverage offering

n

Ongoing training and development from the Seagrass BHG training team

n

Ongoing support, mentoring and endless career opportunities within the Group

n

Full Time Salary - $75,000 - $85,000, plus superannuation per annum
