Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys managing multiple vacancies, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering quality hiring outcomes? This is an opportunity to join a well-established professional services organisation supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and development projects across Australia.

Your recent role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of positions, ranging from junior technical roles through to senior leadership appointments.

You will be responsible for:

n

- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of vacancies
n
- Writing and posting job advertisements
n
- Shortlisting and screening candidates
n
- Conducting interviews and completing reference checks
n
- Partnering with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and market insights
n
- Managing candidate pipelines across multiple sourcing channels
n
- Providing regular recruitment updates and reporting on hiring progress
n




- Escalating recruitment challenges and developing proactive sourcing strategies
n

What you'll need to succeed nn
- 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
n
- Previous experience recruiting for professional services, engineering, technical or similar environments
n
- Strong understanding of technical and professional role profiles
n
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and applicant tracking systems
n
- Confidence managing stakeholder relationships and advising hiring managers
n
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- A proactive, energetic and solutions-focused approach
n
