Working across our Bar and Gaming areas, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the Club, providing friendly and professional service to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities

- Providing excellent customer service across our Bar and Gaming areas.
n
- Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
n
- Assisting with gaming room operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.
n
- Processing customer transactions and handling cash accurately.
n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and workplace safety.
n
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth Club operations.
n
- Ensuring compliance with Club policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
n

About you

n

n
- Hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency.
n
- Hold a current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency.
n




- Have a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
n
- Be reliable, punctual, well-presented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
n
- Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
n
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a busy hospitality environment.
n
