We are currently seeking:

Commission-Only Sales Agents n

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in real estate while working closely with our experienced Licensee in Charge, Stavros.

About You n

To be successful in this role, you must:

n

n
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- Be available to work Saturdays , with a day off provided during the week
n
- Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Be motivated, organised and eager to learn
n
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career in real estate
n

Key Responsibilities nn
- Supporting the coordination and management of sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
n
- Conducting buyer and vendor follow-ups
n




- Assisting with and hosting open homes and private inspections
n
- Prospecting, database management and lead follow-up
n
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and prospecting activities
n
- Supporting auctions and negotiations
n
- Managing general sales administration and diary coordination
n
- Organising property viewings and delivering personalised service tailored to client needs
n

Commission-Only Sales Agents n
