Are you a high-performing Automotive Business Manager looking for your next career opportunity? Alto Blacktown is seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our successful multi-franchise dealership and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving finance, insurance and aftermarket performance.

Working with a range of leading automotive brands, you will be responsible for presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions, managing lender relationships, ensuring compliance standards are met, and maximising profitability through a customer-first approach. You will work closely with our sales teams to support vehicle deliveries and help customers find the best ownership solutions for their needs.

What You'll Be Doing n

- Presenting finance, insurance and aftermarket products to customers
n
- Building solid relationships with customers, lenders and suppliers
n
- Managing the end-to-end finance process from application to settlement
n
- Achieving and exceeding F&I; performance targets
n
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and dealership requirements
n
- Supporting the sales team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
n




- Providing accurate reporting and maintaining high levels of professionalism
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager or F&I; Manager
n
- Strong track record of achieving finance and insurance targets
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- Knowledge of automotive finance products and lending processes
n
- Strong attention to detail and compliance standards
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership setting
n
- A current driver's licence
n
