Job Description

Max Harmony Pty Ltd on the Sydney North Shore is seeking a Contract Administrator for a current-build Class 2 residential apartment project. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and involves end-to-end commercial support across contracts, variations, procurement and cost control.

You will manage head and subcontractor contracts, variations, claims, cost reporting and RFIs, while coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to ensure on-time delivery.
