Mid-Level Front-End Developer (Remote, QLD-based) n

Location: Remote — must be based in Gold Coast or Brisbane regions

Employment Type: Part-time 20 - 30 hours a week

About the Role n

We’re looking for a mid-level Front-End Developer who’s passionate about building fast, accessible, and beautiful web experiences. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team working on modern web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and a range of headless CMSs.

What You’ll Do n

- Build and maintain front-end applications using Next.js and TypeScript
n
- Integrate headless CMSs and work closely with APIs
n
- Manage data fetching with React Query (TanStack Query)
n
- Implement robust validation and typing using Zod schemas
n
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences
n
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions,



and performance optimization
n

What We’re Looking For nn
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development
n
- Robust skills in Next.js, React, and TypeScript
n
- Knowledge of Vue is appreciated
n
- Practical experience with React Query and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, etc.)
n
- Familiarity with headless CMSs (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful, Strapi)
n
- Understanding of Zod and schema validation
n
- A thoughtful approach to UX, performance, and maintainability
n
