We're growing and looking for reliable, detail-oriented and hard-working Process Workers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a business that values sustainability, teamwork and quality - all while working in a supportive and upbeat environment.

No experience required - full training is provided. If you bring a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic, we'll give you the skills to grow, with the chance to progress into a Machine Operator role.

About the Role: n

You'll be on the frontline of our production process, ensuring every bottle is packed, stacked and quality-checked to the highest standard. This is a full-time, non-rotating role , working Monday to Friday , with two fixed shift options available :

- Morning Shift: 7:00am - 3:06pm
n
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:06pm
n

n

You will remain on your chosen shift - no rotation required.

Key Tasks: n

n
- Packing finished goods into cartons with accuracy and speed
n
- Stacking cartons safely and efficiently
n
- Reworking products to ensure they meet our quality standards
n
- Feeding bottles onto fast-moving production lines
n




- Filling hoppers with raw materials to keep operations flowing
n
- Performing regular product quality checks
n
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
n
- Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and wearing PPE
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
n
- Jumping in to support wherever needed - no task too small!
n

What We're Looking For: nn
- No previous experience required - training provided
n
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- A reliable team player with good communication skills
n
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 12kg
n
- Punctual, safety-focused and dependable
n
