- Own sales from opportunity qualification through proposal, negotiation and close.
n
- Understand customers' business priorities, operating models, industry challenges and strategic objectives, using AI-enabled insights and analysis to deepen discovery, identify patterns and align them to the most relevant Oracle CSS services.
n
- Develop compelling value propositions, solution narratives and executive business cases, using AI to accelerate research, tailor customer‑specific insights and strengthen the articulation of business outcomes and measurable value.
n
- Build trusted relationships with board‑level stakeholders, C‑suite executives, senior business leaders, IT executives and technical decision makers.
n
- Generate leads, progress qualified opportunities and submit customer proposals.
n
- Provide credible solution presentations that position Oracle CSS capabilities aligned to customer needs.
n
- Shape technical and cross‑solution approaches in partnership with architects and specialists, ensuring customer needs are addressed with the right Oracle capabilities.
n
- Drive the gathering and reuse of Oracle intellectual property, case studies, implementation examples and best practices to strengthen customer proposals.
n
- Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities, Oracle CSS growth strategies and initiatives, using AI to identify whitespace and expansion potential to uncover high‑value growth opportunities.
n
- Maintain a strong pipeline, manage complex opportunities and consistently contribute to sales targets.
n
- Stay informed on market trends, including AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, applications, digital transformation and future Oracle solution development.
n
What We're Looking For n
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking, advanced business and technical acumen, curiosity and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
- 6+ years of relevant field sales experience, ideally in enterprise technology, consulting services, managed services, customer success, cloud services or enterprise software.
n
- Proven success selling services‑led solutions, including generating leads, developing proposals, nurturing opportunities and closing transactions.
n
- Strong understanding of Oracle or comparable enterprise technology environments, including cloud, AI, enterprise applications, infrastructure, data and digital transformation.
n
- Ability to connect customer needs and challenges to a set of Oracle CSS solutions, including cross‑solution or technically complex services engagements.
n
- Confidence engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, board members and senior business executives.
n
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, storytelling, presentation and executive communication skills.
n
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for major accounts, including competitive positioning, implementation references and future roadmap considerations.
n
- Ability to develop strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively across Sales, Cloud, Support, Delivery and development teams and partner organisations.
n
- Commercial negotiation, proposal development, prospect management and pipeline discipline.
n
- Ability to act as a leading individual contributor and team member, providing direction, coaching or mentoring to others where appropriate.
n
- High levels of ownership, curiosity, resilience, self‑motivation and comfort working on non‑routine, complex opportunities.
n
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
