Senior Appointment Setter n

$80,000–$100,000 + Super + Bonuses / OTE $130k+

The Opportunity n

Green Energy Technologies is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to establish and grow our appointment-setting function in Townsville.

n

Based in‑office with our Marketing team , you’ll work closely with Marketing on lead flow while reporting directly to the Sales Director and supporting our Sales Consultants with qualified appointments.

n

You’ll be hands‑on, working leads, qualifying customers and booking quality appointments.

n

As the function grows, chance to recruit, train and lead a team of appointment setters , taking ownership of appointment volume, quality and sit rates.

What You’ll Do n

n
- Contact and qualify new and existing leads
n
- Book quality appointments for our Sales Consultants
n
- Own lead follow‑up and appointment confirmation
n
- Work closely with Marketing to maximise lead conversion




n
- Manage appointment, sit‑rate and conversion KPIs
n
- Build the systems and standards for appointment setting
n
- Recruit, coach and lead additional setters as the team grows
n

We’re Looking For n

You’ll have proven experience in appointment setting, telesales or outbound sales , with a strong track record of converting leads into appointments.

n

You’ll be confident on the phone, strong with follow‑up and objection handling, comfortable working to KPIs and ready to take ownership of the function.

n

Previous leadership experience is highly regarded, but most importantly, you need to be able to produce before you lead.
